MAIA is a Canadian AI-driven enterprise focused on developing intelligent applications for medical professionals and patients. Central to our project are Artificial Intelligent Agents (AIAs)—digital tools embedded in a scalable ecosystem on Azure. Our first focus is obesity management, expanding toward intelligent preventive medicine through a collaborative, real-time medical community.

Our vision is to revolutionize healthcare through agentic AI that empowers systems, professionals, and patients toward sustainable health. Our mission is to build the ESAS Method—an ethical, standardized, and sustainable framework for intelligent medical practice, leveraging the latest AI paradigms.

Our Core Goals

We aim to build an applied research medical ecosystem and support professionals in their AI-integrated roles. By leveraging AI, we facilitate enhanced communication between patients and specialists, integrating research into education to empower all stakeholders with a better understanding of health management.

Agentic Ecosystem

Our AI ecosystem integrates sensor-based data and LLM-based agents into a collaborative community. Initially focusing on three categories—MedA, AssiA, and TeA—we provide lifelong support for medical specialists, nutritionists, and patients alike.
